Anyone know if OCD can be a learned behavior, almost like a habit? Cuz I've had severe anxiety and depressive tendencies my whole life; my doc said it's probably biological. But OCD- one doc said I don't have it and another said I do. And I feel like the environment where I live reinforces any OCD tendencies I have...like I'm always preoccupied about getting things done. Can anyone relate?
