do you know why you suffered from rejection??? as this is not common with corneal transplants, it may be to your benefit to find out why, as perhaps this will lead you to some answers. an RGP can help improve vision in those with keratoconus in general, but will not help in any way so far as a rejection is concerned. get a 2nd and 3rd opinoin etc. and from top corneal specialists. if you learn that there is not much that can be done (though i hope that this is not the case), then consider an evaluation by a low vision specialist to maximize what you can see with the vision that you do have.
