I'm 19 and have been living with social anxiety disorder for most of my life. I've never met any other frum person who has it though, and that makes me feel very lonely sometimes. I've been in group therapy and have seen that talking about your problems with people who are going through similar things as you can be very helpful. But unfortunately I feel that the symptoms of social anxiety prevent a lot of people from talking to each other and taking this helpful step.

Because of this I want to start on online group for frum Jews with social anxiety, to support ourselves without having to actually meet up.
