Have you tried Preparation H ointment/creame? it shrinks them and also numbs them so you can go to the bathroom. Do they bleed at all? If they're really bad you can also go to the doctor and they will take care of it.

I went to a colorectal surgeon, who gave me a shot into the hemorrhoids, and b'h, I have not suffered since, majorly, at least.

inspired: have you been to a colorectal surgeon???..you want to make sure they are truly hemorrhoids and not fissures. hemorrhoid treatment will only aggravate fissures.

is it neccesary to have a non-painful hemmorroid removed? Is it at risk to get thrombosed?
