Hi,

I was wondering if you have experience with a good treatment program for BPD, either on inpatient or intensive outpatient basis. I'm open to programs that don't take insurance and any location in the US. Some of the programs that I've come across are McLean Hill Program, Roanna Program, Cornell DBT program, Menninger Clinic, Sheppard Pratt, and 4 winds.

Thanks!

By labeling myself BPD, is that giving a reason to my behavior(angry outbursts, messing up all my interpersonal relationships) or is that just making an excuse for myself???

I apologize for the personal question but I noticed you wrote your last response at 3am. So I was just wondering how you maintain productivity on so little sleep!

Thanks!

I see it as a blessing from HaShem that can be harnessed for good.

yeah, but Unipolar Hypomania isnt even considered a mental illness,(assuming any mental illness is real), and its not even debilitating, so its kind of hard for me to take chizuk from that, like its did to WishICouldBeNormal, how could depression be harnessed for good? it cant...

I do not consider Unipolar Hypomania a mental illness but it is certainly not "normal."

You need to have felt the blues to be a great blues singer. Same with mental health and life.
