I would appreciate if you can give me your insight on this.
I am always moody in pregnancy, but lately it reached very extreme levels. I'd be happy, full of energy one minute and then crying and irritable a minute later. My husband's out of a job, and one minute I'll be supportive, confident in him etc. and in a matter of moments I can become angry, resentful and tearful. Had 2 questions
1-when is it necessary to reach out for professional advice
2-would Inositol be helpful in this case and if yes up to what dose is safe during pregnancy.
thank you

Inositol not recommended in pregnancy because it can relax the womb. For extreme levels of moodiness, best to consult professional advice.

Most supplements have not been adequately studied in pregnancy.
