we ended up kissing i feel very guilty about this is their a hotline i can call

It's interesting to know that they were not that helpful.

Maybe you can see a therapist.

Or maybe not going to that gym would be a solution. And as for the guilt, sometimes the best way to deal with it is to not think about it, and to think about other interesting things instead.

Hope to hear good news.

It's true the Yitty Leibel helpline doesnt really help that much. I mean I guess for some people it can help.
I didn't find it helpful when I needed someone. I'm in therapy and the times I called them was in between
sessions just to manage. Sorry I can't offer more assistance.

because if it was a man then that's
another story and there is a frum website that can
help you with that.
