Welcome Spirit!

I understand that it might be bothersome to see posts about suicide on this website, however, when a person (like me for example) just feels oh so down that all they want to do is kill themselves... Frumsupport and all the wonderful people on this site can do tremendous things in helping us recognize that maybe it isn't all that worth it to end life.

Sucide is a scary thing, but too many of us spend too much time thinking about it, unfortunately.

Spirit,

Do you think it is better for people who have suicidal thoughts to just keep it to themselves, or write about it here, where they can get some emotional support?

This website is not a substitute for mental health treatment, but for many people, it helps to feel they are not alone and they can talk anonymously.
