Just figured I'd do my momentary groan about being nervous about 2 days of Yom Tov and feeling cut off from the world. Not having guests -- by choice -- but I'm wondering now if it was wise -- even though physically I'd be strained badly. Not too happy about myself right now .

Don't self doubt.
It's impossible to always make the right decision...
You're in physical pain!

I hope it works out for you!!!

Have a great Yom Tov!

yay i made it thru shavuos. with lots of heterim of course. my way of healing thru torah as dr price says.
i was too depressed to go to most meals but today i went to shul and saw a severely special needs child and thought lok she relies on her family to take care of her and im also disabled with depression so its okay not to work and to rely on my mom. kinda lowering expectations of myself.
