I keep forgetting things, searching for words and not finding them, forgetting names, having trouble multitasking, and so on. Anyone else experience this? My dr says that the Zoloft can cause it. Is there anything I can do, other than getting off Zoloft?

I've experienced it on different medications. What did your Dr. say to do?

Do you find that Zoloft is helping with depression and anxiety?

The dr didn't say much. I need to make another appointment soon, so I want to ask him again. Emunahdoj, what did you do? Did it help to switch meds? Did your memory and multitasking abilities come back?

Lasthope, I think it is helping, although it's still up and down, but B"H doesn't get as bad as it used to. But doesn't work perfectly either.

For me, there were other side effects aside from the cognitive issues...so the dr. switched my medication. It tooke me a really long time to find the right medciation. Yeah, multitasking and memory came back once I switched meds. I would tell your Dr. the symptoms you are experiencing and see what he says/suggests.

I had that too. It went away after I got off of it, but not right away.
