(((Hugs)))

Maybe you need to give yourself some time when you're not thinking about what you need to do and just taking care of yourself. Feel better!

((((HUGS)))It's hard to feel so down.
Maybe try accepting it. Say, "Yes, I feel down right now, and it's hard. " I find that just accepting reality ( which is not easy) brings a lot of relief.

Keep trying. Maybe don't push so hard. Maybe feeling better will just come naturally. Either way, I really hopethings look up soon. You have a lot on your plate.

Thanks everyone....

Really do appreciate your responses -

Please G-d Shabbos will bring relief -

Your responses are helpful however... they mean more than you can know.....

Hopeful Mommy - you are right - will try to take care of me
Keep Climbing - you are right too.... I am going to have to accept whatever it is that I am avoiding... it hurts
MoMo - I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone! Your kindness is so appreciated...
Munkster - perhaps that is a better approach - neither avoiding, or pushing.... just being with it - whatever it is.....

May everyone have a peaceful and refreshing Shabbos.

Be Well ~ TBear

YIKES!!!! I just buy the challah mostly when I have a rough time. I don't even bother with frozen ones. Kol Hakavod.
