There's an article on Yeshiva World today that really cheered me. Researchers in Israel have found that Holocaust survivors live longer than other people. If this isn't proof that we can live thru crazy things and survive, what is?
I love Victor Frankel's line, "The human spirit is greater than anything that can happen to it."

Today, I need to know that I am resilient and I can bounce back after a disappointment.
I can choose whether to cry or smile.
I will smile and Hashem will give me something to smile about.
