I feel so darn stuck in my head, stuck feeling the choking -panic- feeling. It's like the feelings or way of thinking does not change up. Who can help me? What can make the difference?

I don't believe that anybody else can. I can only help myself! I have to just be and be okay with just being; stop berating myself, stop buying into -hook, line and sinker- the accusations and ill will that my mind piles on me. Create that separation between me (the one that is aware of all this adversity and pain and who knows of 'better-ness') and the -almost- automatic thoughts.

Let it Begin!

I'm not sure how to respond... Been there with the stuck feeling you describe. If it helps, there is a beginning and end to all feelings and eventually you'll ride it out. But in the meantime, I'm not sure what you can do. Maybe just remember there was a time you felt better and there will be in the future. Welcome to the group and I hope you find it helpful. .

It's a very good point, munkster. I used to think that my pain would never end, until I realized that it always went away. I am realizing more and more that my life is full of ups and downs. I'm still working on it.

I also have feelings sometimes that things are "stuck in my head"; I guess the term that comes to mind for me is "rumination."
