Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

Amen

Ayelet- Oh good i'm glad...it's important to feel that there are others in a similar situation. Thank you for sharing with me that you are also on effexor.

Tbear- Thanks! It is soooooooo tiring and intense. BH. I keep thinking of different people i know with even 2 kids "how on earth is it posible?????" I currently have no time for grocery shopping, making dinner, etc let alone taking care of one other kid. And then there's the people with 4, 5 kids...6, 8, 10. HOW IS IT HUMANLY POSSIBLE? Seriously.

haha, i always wonder the same. With 4 ka"h I sometimes feel like I'm drowning but only when im depressed. Everyone has different tolerances. And it's hard to know what people really can handle and what goes on in their homes. But just remember, they come one at a time (usually), so you slowly adjust to each child and all the tasks that revolve around caring for them, one at a time. is this your first?
