Just figured I'd share this info. and if anyone wants to follow up they can....From the Walking Company I got a bear with lavender and stuff infused into the stuffing. You warm it in the microwave and use it as a hot pack. (Considering the pain I'm in I thought it was worth a try.) Anyhoooooo, using it right now. I not onlly find it helped the pain but is comforting. Not sure why but a bear on my back really helped. Maybe a good thing to heat up and put in a baby bed (and then remove) right before bed so it smells nice and is warm llike a heating pad (but safer.)

The lavender bear works for a long time too!

My kids got me one 2 years ago and it still warms up and smells nice...
