Sorry to hear. Is there any way for you to get more support?

You're not being horrible at all. It's very normal to feel this way. It's important to deal with those feelings, though, otherwise it becomes a vicious cycle.

You really took significant steps to take your life into your own hands.
I'm still trying to find myself I am not yet on my feet..

It didn't happen overnight for me either, and I'm still a work in progress, so there's hope for everyone. It sounds like you've had your share of pushing yourself to the limit, so give yourself credit. Besides, at your age and stage, it's perfectly okay to still be in the process of finding yourself.

For me, it was desperation that drove me to take matters into my own hands. Looking back, I don't know how I had the courage to do certain things I did, but as painful and scary as it was to break out of my comfort zone, staying in the rut was just unbearable. The following quote really spoke to me in those days: "And there came a time when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

I can see why taking that route would make you feel more isolated, and that's why such decisions are very individual. You have to weigh the pros and cons. I believe it's important to seek advice from a wise person who understands your situation.

It's perfectly fine if you ask. I did not have more children after I crashed, but that was my choice and not the result of being on meds. I'm actually off meds now. I do know many people on meds who went ahead and had more children. Meds can be switched and adjusted in preparation of pregnancy, and if someone is stable and has the right support, they can have many children.
