Has anyone ever experienced painful, intrusive/stuck thoughts that relate to existence, philosophy, existentialism, solipsism, etc. w/an intense desire to respond and invalidate the thought? I am describing a scenario in which the thought is so heavy and distracting that you cannot function properly and get out of your mind and into reality (everyone might "get" these thoughts but for some, the thoughts cannot be ignored and taken lightly). Is this a unique form of "Pure-O OCD?"

That’s odd for you
I have had everything from contamination to growing up where I had it about infinity and the afterlife
The content isn’t important particularly the experts say
It’s a tough condition there is no doubt but we need to just keep going
