I wanted to make everyone aware that there is a new mental health website geared towards Orthodox Jews. www.RefuatHanefesh.com aims to destigmatize mental illness by providing education, support, and resources. It intends to address clinical disorders such as depression, bipolar, eating disorder, etc as well as helping people attain overall better mental health with improved relationships and awareness of what causes changes in mood, conflicts, and anxiety. It accepts and publishes regular blog posts from professionals and people affected by mental health issues. It has a support room where people could discuss their struggles and seek advice. They also recommend helpful resources to improve mental health.

Check it out at www.refuathanefesh.com
