I'm so fed up!!!!!!! I've had it.

Why are my emotions so disregulated? What's wrong with me? First I have a couple of bad weeks, then for the past few days I've been feeling nothing, and now I am MAD!! Had an argument with my mother and got angry, having some urges.... Why are my emotions so out of control. It's so unfair. I can't feel like a normal person...

Anyway I'm just rattling on... Just needed to vent. Sorry

Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

No need to apologize what's why we are here.
Hope things get better soon.

Seriously like Aba said nooooo need to apologize for venting! It can help when you're having extreme emotions like you described, so keep venting it if it helps.

And I also hope things get better.

(ok I should have just said "ditto" to everything Aba said).

To me, it is not surprising that you feel anger after a period of feeling numb, b/c the numbness was covering over feelings. Very often, people get periods of numbness and intense feelings that follow each other. As other people on the board have mentioned keeping a journal can be very helpful, as well as having a reliable support system in place.
