My halacha related OCD was causing me
lots of anxiety.
BaruchHashem I have dramatically improved. With Hashem's help, it should
continue.

Has any progress been made with the support group?

I don't see my self going to Brooklyn on a regular basis but I would probably try to make at least the fist one, assuming there are no objections from anyone being I'm not in the same types of situations most of you are in.

You all do have a small advantage as you all can come and go without making a connection with your screen name but I don't think I can keep my horns hidden under my yamlmeka to well, B"H Ema has taught me not to moo in public so much anymore

sometimes the unsettling times of ymt"v can wreck havoc on your mind - most people like structure and predictability of schedule , so i have found that planning ahead some type of structure gives less time to "think" and makes time pass with less stress

I agree. Structure and discipline are crucial in winning this war.
