I hope that everyone one is doing well as can be expected. I hope to find someone who can help me. We have someone in our shul, that is always angry. I have tried to talk to him, others also have tried, even our Rabbi has tried, he has take the seforim and plays with it, we have a group of people from Ohel, and he bothers them, and asked them questions that I would never asked, he tries to control people, and even the Rabbi asked him to behave or we will hae to take the next step, and in the shul, he tells the rabbi in front of us, go ahead I am not afraid of you, I know where you live. Has anyone dealt with a person like this or even a relative and can help me out, before it gets out of hand. I hope to hear a response from any or one or just someone who can help me and the others on how to deal with someone who is angry with people, I even say to him everyday "Good Morning", and no response.

Bobov-
Do you think the problem is simply anger, or a serious mental illness including paranoia, auditory and/or visual hallucinations, etc.? Has this person become physical with anyone? Do they yell and scream? Please give more info. If he is threatening or hurting people, you can call the police.
