Does anyone here on this site understand rage?????????? Right now my rage and anger is ugly, really bad, then my pattern is that it dissipates and then resurfaces. Yes I did have a trigger a major one happen to me but that was almost three weeks ago?!?!?!?!?! Anyone????? Help!!!!!

Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

Yes, I sure get it!
Could be that this trigger is opening up a bunch of bad memories that have to come out (or think they have to come out.)
Makes any sense to you?

This trigger definitely opened up a very very very raw wound and maybe that's why I'm so edgy and getting so angry and rageful at everyone???? But it isn't fair to anyone. Not the other person/people and not to me. Is there even something that can be done about it?

Yes! You gotta realize that this rage is not your fault. Look how you're feeling sorry for ev/one else. Accepting the problem is half the battle. Really.

I'm not sure what the solution is but I feel for you!
I'm angry lately too. I don't know what to do about it except write and assert myself in constructive ways and distance myself from people and situations that trigger it.
