dr lynn.
it has been a year since i lost my dad. now i fine i have taken 5 steps back and just
want to be in bed all day again is this normal with grief. can it be a sign of cabin fever
as i have been out of school for a month now. i had felt i was moving forward with this
loss. i am alone now as both parents are gone as well as my only sibling.

It is normal to feel depressed when you are grieving such a loss. The R"S"O should comfort you. Also, it might be beneficial to speak with a mental health clinician to talk about your feelings of depression and loss. Where are you located?
