I've heard that the 1st year of marriage is challenging because it's a big adjustment for both spouses. I have a lot of difficulty with adjustment- it makes my eating disorder and anxiety symptoms crop up, and I take a LOT longer than most people. And even on a daily basis I need to take meds for anxiety and obsessiveness. I'm not even dating yet but I do hope to marry at some point and I'm really worried about how I'm going to handle it. Any advice?

First of all, working on yourself is the best preparation for marriage. Other than that, can you keep a log of things you were once anxious about and have overcome them? I have found that looking at past achievements can give chizuk for facing new challenges.
