I have a 12 yr. old son with learning disabilities-math, gemara, fluency in Hebrew reading area all difficult for him. We have tried almost "everything" and "everybody". His nueropsych. suggested the Cogmed program for working memory. She is a trainer in it, her own husband did it and helped become less of an "absent minded professor". I did some research. Has anybody tried it? I know the program is not easy, expensive, lasts for 6 months-1 yr (beyond that is unknown). We were looking into an Arrowsmith program but she said she hasn't found good research on it-neither have I.
