Dear Dr. Price,

I am 36 years old and lately I was started to get some pressure from my parents and from my boss to star shiduchim
However, I am abit concerned how my mental health will impact the shiduchim and whether it is advisable to wait some more till I am completely ready
I guess the question is how much improvement are we talking about and how much it is going to take
In addition to medication I also take vitamins that recently started working Part of my plan was to wait a couple of months till mental health improves enough
My parents on the other hand consider improvement to be kind of slippery slope since there are allot of uncertainties about it and prefer that I do not wait
My gut feeling is that perhaps I should not start something if I am not completely ready yet for but I am not completely sure

Please let me know what you think

I look forward to hear from you

Every person is different. This is too complex to address without an evaluation. Seek out people who know you very well to discuss.
