Hi Dr Price,
Lately I've been having trouble functioning at my usual level.I procrastinate things until the last minute. I feel bad for my kids and husband because I'm almost being neglectful - like not always cooking a good dinner etc... how can I force myself to care more and take better care of my family and the house? My kids are a bit older so it's more emotional than physical at this point. I struggle with overeating and mood swings. I take medicine on and off. But I've spiraled down recently and have gotten into a bad habit of eating and sleeping too much during the day. I used to be more motivated and a go getter. I have my masters degree. I ran around with my kids when they were younger and did lots of in activities with them. I'm just in a rut right now and don't know how to get out.

Consider making an appointment for a full evaluation to see what options can help you.
