How can I communicate with my doctor better so that they can better diagnose me?

Thank you.

Inform the other doctors that you have a psychiatrist who feels these physical symptoms are not psychiatric in origin and therefore they should discuss their findings with the psychiatrist first before rendering a diagnosis and treatment plan.

I was thinking that if I let them know I went to a psychiatrist it will only validate their belief that I'm crazy

I speak with doctors all the time to help validate patient's physical symptoms as deserving full medical work-up and that the psychiatric/psychological component is already being addressed.
