Dear Dr. Price
I recently had to cope with depression as a probably as a withdraw affect from b12 shots
and I decided to try a multivitamin to try and stimulate myself a bit
I went to a discounted vitamin store and bought solgar multi b75 which means that it has 75 mg of major vitamins and some good minerals like molybdenum in which I showed to be deficient and it also has a nice amount of vitamin a from beta-carotene
The first time I took about one third or one fifth of a tablet which made me feel little weird (having Schizophrenia makes me very sensitive to supplements)
The second day I took a very small piece and felt great however three or more hours later developed a diaria
I am very concerned that perhaps it is because the vitamins weren't of good quality for some reason
I bought them the thirty tablets for ten dollars in a discounted vitamins store
I was looking to buy a multi without copper or iron
Please let me know what you think

Some supplements can cause diarrhea or upset stomach.
