I am on a very low dose of medication right now- 25mg of Lamictal and 30mg Prizma (prozac). I am also in intense therapy trying to work through my past. (Cranial sacral, talk therapy, and grief therapy). I am suffering from side effects such as constipation and low libido despite the low dose and icant take it anymore!! Im thinking of just going off meds and relying on therapy to help me (and Gd of course) but im nervous about doing this because i didnt talk about it with my psychiatrist and im also nervous ill become very depressed. Now im just a low level depression but pretty functional and not suicidal. Help. I duno what to do.

Likely these are side effects of the Prozac and not the Lamictal. You could continue the Lamictal and substitute St. John's Wort 300mg 3 a day instead of the Prozac. Let me know how you make out.
