Hi,
I encountered a very interesting question while taking vitamins
I realized that taking vitamins separately is more affective than taking them in a complex for instance I was able to get specific affects with specific vitamins that I did not notice while they were in a complex
Does it make sense to draw collusion from this and would you advise just to add separate vitamins to the complex or perhaps take the complex and the vitamins at separate times
I take both a multi and separate vitamins The multi is a low doze but it helps balance things out in general that the vitamins don't have side affects
Please let me know what you think
Thanks
Ben

There is a lot of individual variability in medicine. Do whatever works for you.
