Someone suggested I post this here, as I posted it in the depression section already...

Hi,
So I'm kind of writing just to get my thoughts down. I'm not really sure what I want to say, but there is something. I feel that I've come to a dead end with my search to feel better.
I tried medication, TMS, talk therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and grief therapy. Nothing cured me. I can't continue with grief therapy because it is too difficult for me. It releases tons of anger and I don't know how to control it, so then it gets lashed out at my innocent family. I give up.
I'm now just trying to steer clear of negativity, keep my head above water, but most of all talk to Hashem and ask Him to heal me. TO make me feel better.
You may disagree with me and say, "you need to take medication"... or "try more therapy" or whatever. But I literally have no more koach to go in that direction. All my hishtadlus has brought me no relief. I am left with just clinging to my creator and begging Him to just release the demons from my mind. Is this crazy?

Not crazy. Makes sense. At this point in your journey, the best course may be acceptance and with that you may find a little more relief from your suffering.
