What is the maximum dosage of valium you would allow your patient to take in one day? I'm on steady 10mg three times a day and now that so much is going on my psychiatrist gave me some extra pills for prn only if needed....

Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

Check with your doctor. One or two here and there as long as you are not sedated.
