Lately I'm overcome with worry about my future in many areas including socially and financially. The issue is that I am worried SICK!! I can't think straight and I'm dizzy from worrying so much that I"m ending up in bed. There is more to the story than just worry but lately that's most prominent. I can't seem to get my mind to stop worrying. And the more I worry the more worried I get... It's a vicious cycle I can't seem to find peace.

My psychiatrist says that there is nothing he can do medication-wise over the past 5 years he's tried various different medications with little to no success.
1)Is there a medication that can help for worrying?
2)Why have I not responded to medications?
3)Is it possible that while I didn't respond to medication a few years ago that now I would?
4)Should I try a new Psychiatrist?

What has worked in the past? May be worth trying again. What are you taking now? Sometimes the right combination does the trick? Have you ever tried Inositol powder by Freeda 9000mg twice a day (take a little less if diarrhea)? Let me know.
