I was wondering how one knows if they are having a relapse and need a higher dose of meds and go back into therapy. Or if I am just having a rough couple of weeks and it is normal to sad and anxious, nd I will get over it.
Thanks

If circumstances have changed such that the mood may be affected by those circumstances then it may not be due to a relapse. Let me know how you make out.

I have a question on this one Dr. Price. I had a MAJOR trigger on Thursday last week. It got me into a very deep depression which I know is situational, but I can't seem to get out of it, and things only keep getting worse - more triggers etc... How do I resolve this situation? I'm spiraling downhill quickly...

Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

If therapy tools are not working as the first option and changing the situation is not possible, then short term medication may help get out of it.
