1. I'm depressed...which is completely normal because it would just be reasonable and logical to become depressed after being hit by a truck and going through intense physical rehab, right? As Viktor Frankel once said "An abnormal reaction to an abnormal event is completely normal". Regarding this do you agree or disagree?

2. At any rate how long will it take Wellbutrin to at least have some sort of effect?

Thank you for your help, please remember to address both questions 1 and 2

1. Agreed
2. Wellbutrin XL 150mg could take a week or two to kick in. Monitor for seizures especially after head trauma.

Rare for Wellbutrin to cause seizures but it is a well known potential side effect which prescribers consider carefully.
