HI
I have done some research today and having done a questionnaire i scored very highly on the hypoglycemia chart.
Now, my doctor would laugh if I said I wanted testing for this.
In your experience, does removing sugar and alot of the western diet at the very least improve health and also mental health problems?

I've had similar issues. I've been off sugar for a while, and I eat protein with every meal or snack. It definitely helps. It doesn't cure anything, but it prevents sudden mood drops.

Same experience. I need to eat regularly, and protein and veggies are the best.
Also avoiding wheat and sugar seems to help.

thanks, its important to hear from people who have tried this and seen some results.
I cant say its easy in a western lifestyle, let alone frum one, with all the constant eating and bad foods
I am trying to eat protein as often as I can and avoid soda and unecessary sugars, but i think its asking alot to go cold turkey on it
