Is naltrexone a very strong drug? Can it make a person real sleepy?

Also what happens if a person drinks alcohol while on this drug?

Can it help as an appetite suppressant? I'm finding it VERY helpful in my urges. It kind of took them away and is overpowering them when they are there....

Sometimes you need to run away just to see who will follow you.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say "I know you are not".

Just because I'm smiling doesn't mean I'm happy.

Can make sleepy. If so, can take at night. Can feel nausea with alcohol. Can help cravings/impulses of all kinds.
