Hi I got a full time job and my therapist wont be able to see me after hours.
I'm excited about the job but at the same time sad to leave my therapist.
I'm thinking about leaving the clinic and not seeing anyone else.
I was suicidal like pesach time and tried hurting myself very badly.
Do you think its ok if I leave or should I consider seeing another therapist?
I'm stable now and thinking of weaning off at least one of my meds.
I'm on abilfy, celexa, and lamictal... thinking of coming off the lamictal.
What do u think I should do about seeing another therapist?

Probably best to see a new therapist who can work around your new job since you will be reducing medication which could disturb your recent stability.
