I started with a new therapist a few weeks ago and feel like I dont need therapy anymore.
I came off of lamictal with no side affects and I'm stable. I dread going to therapy now
When I used to look forward. I dont think its the new therapist though.I think I'm done.
When does one stop therapy? I feel like I'm wasting my time.

Best to discuss with new therapist. Perhaps it would be an option to taper off therapy such as every other week to every month to as needed and see how you do?

Let me know how you make out.

Discuss with her what can be done to make the therapy experience easier for you. Let me know how you make out.
