On ShabbosI slept the enitre day except meals. I took some Klonopin (1mg) and Trazadone (not sure the dose but standard dose.) I've been so depressed lately andcouldn't deal with anyoneso I slept. Is that really bad????

I don't think so. It's better than hurting yourself. No??? Btw I also slept a lot this week shabbos...

I did the same thing on shabbos. Slept all day. I find that there is nothing better to do.
