Why does Klonopin make all the noise in my head go away. It only happens at high doses (more than my doc will allow me to take -- but I do occasionally.) Is there any other medication that can take away the constant noise???

Not sure what you mean by "noise." Hearing normal sounds more loudly, sounds others do not hear, voices, thoughts? Klonopin stimulates GABA receptors which are inhibitory and therefore dampen down things like anxiety, panic etc.

I think the noise is related to DID and dissociation in general. There is a lot of it .
