Hey hope you are having a good evening!

A few questions I had and wanted to share with you and everyone here. Thanks for your help!

- I put a lot of pressure on myself - I think a lot of us do and it seems pretty common. Any suggestions to be less harsh on yourself? Looking for some short and sweet practical tips.

- Within the same vein I have a hard time relaxing and winding down. What do you think are easy and practical things I can incorporate into my routine?

1. HaShem made me in His image, He knows my flaws, He knows I try, He knows there is no perfection in this world.
2. HaShem is merciful and loves me as His child so I have to be merciful to myself and love myself as well.
3. The Yetzer from behind often comes to beat me down which makes me more depressed and anxious which does not allow me to be my best.


1. I go to my happy place in my mind- my Gan Eden on earth (like Aruba for Sukkos- highly recommended)
2. I breath slowly in through my nose and out through my mouth 10 times slowly
3. I tell myself, "everything is for the best, even though I may not understand this right now."
4. I enjoy a comedy, exercise, spending time with someone else to distract myself for the moment.

Just some thoughts. I hope this has been somewhat helpful.
