Hi I'm in my mid - upper twenties. Had an abusive upbringing.
I've been in individual therapy for about 8 years and in an ongoing group therapy for about 4 years.

My therapist suggested i join an outpatient program. She suggested Columbia Psychiatric Institute. From the research I've done it seems like a good program but i would have to take off from work.
I'm wondering if you are familiar with any good ongoing outpatient day/evening programs?

Thanks,
MoMo

May be worth looking into St. Lukes Roosevelt on Upper West Side. Let me know how you make out.
