Hey, hope you're doing well and having a nice day!

I was just curious, do you ever have a patient come into your office and say they have x and y problem and you think it's a totally normal problem to have? Can you think of anything offhand? Thanks so much and Gut shabbos

All the time. "Sinful" thoughts in the absence of any actions. Very common and potentially a normal struggle for many people. What did you have in mind?
