Dear Dr. Price,
Thanks again for answering all the posts on this website

Tell me please what is your opinion about lyposomal magnesium or magnesium absorbate in lyposomal form
I heard that Dr Levy, the one who advocates taking lyposomal vitamin c doesn't recommend magnesium because it can turn out to be toxic for the body in lyposomal concentrations
what is your opinion of this
Do people use magnesium in lyposomal or injectable form and what are the toxicity ratings
Does it depend perhaps on the doze or how often this form of magnesium in administered
My question was specifically concerning magnesium absorbate (the one Dr. Levy does not recommend to be used but only sodium absorbate)
If mangesium absorbate could be used or at least once in a while it would be nice because I respond really well to magnesium supplements
I also saw that some nutritional companies actually make lyposomal magnesium

Please let me know what you think
Thanks again for all of your previous responces

Not sure exactly but those other forms are more readily absorbable to achieve higher levels. Nevertheless, you can always check magnesium blood levels and adjust according to her your own metabolism. Let me know how you make out.
