Hi dr price im imyh getting married this thursday
and am extremely nervous about dancing in the middle of circle and being center of attention i can see myself having a massive panic attack.
Is there something natural i can take that works well to calm down extremely panicky ppl? I am not going on birth control so i cant take
An anxiety medication. Please let me know as soon as possible what i can take thanks.

Can try valerian root out now before the wedding day to see how it works for you.
Could also try out once the medication, Klonopin 1/2 of 0.5mg or a whole now
And if it works, you can use it on the day. Let me know how you make out and MAZEL TOV!

Thanks. If i get pregnant will it affect the unborn child?
