I have been fine for months taking supplements such as magnesium, epsom salt baths, Zinc, Inositol etc and even stopped for a while.
My OCD came back with a vengance over Yom tov, i think from the sress, and the 30mg of Paxil I take seems to be of little benefit for now on the OCD, ive become quite depressed

do u recommend any particular medication for the depression which seems to co-exist when my OCD gets bad.

Paxil and other SSRI's treat both depression and OCD so the dose can be simply increased for the depression if needed. Discuss with your doctor.

can anything be added to Paxil-30mg to give a better anti-ocd effect.
the depression element/ anxiety seems to be working so im reluctant to change the paxil or the dose, but i dont feel much OCD Benefit.
I dont think anafranil can be added to it can it and ive not had much luck with seroquel either added to it

Paxil can go up to 60mg or 80mg and/or Risperdal 0.5mg to 2mg can be added. Discuss with doctor.
Let me know how you make out.

would risperidone augmentation potentially still be effective if the paxil dose was only 30mg in OCD, i find going higher on Paxil or any SSRI hasnt particularly helped
