Hi
Have you any experience of people who have found SSRI's stopped working or didnt work of using Duloxetine for OCD.

Can you also advise if you have seen Prozac added to by the use of anafranil as I am thinking of going back on Prozac which once worked and could always add clompiramine at a later date

thanks

Duloxetine has serotonin effects so it could be helpful for OCD as could any combo of serotonin meds
Such as the ones you mentioned. Serotonin Syndrome (shaking, sweating, fever) can be a side effect of
Too much serotonin which the doctor will monitor. Let me know how you make out.

I switched over from Paxil 30mg to Prozac 20mg today to get off Paxil which is hard to come off
Still having trouble with concentration generally not sure adhd is present or it's a side effect of medication
I read up on zahlers adult focus but want to know what can I safely take supplement wise with Prozac to help, concentration and just mellow me out a little
Already taking the inositol 9g a day and magnesium

Most supplements are safe with Prozac with the exception of those containing
St. Johns Wort.

Hopefully. Higher dose prozac may help as well.

I did some research which suggests irritability and adhd type syptoms may be helped by Gotu Kola, Ginseng, or Ginkgo biloba. Are these all ok to take with prozac 20-40mg and worth a try?

Get your doctor's consent first. Let me know how you make out.
