Good Foch from Europe -I have used inositol on and off for years on various meds as I know u like it for OCD- I've still got some but have two general questions

1. My OCD can be generally fine for months and low level then when travelling for example I can suffer contamination obsessions almost as soon as get to airport which involve frightening thoughts for weeks then die down and the cycle almost like bipolar can start again fine then a trigger - is there a reason why it can come back from nowhere when consciously I'm not stressed but perhaps am subconciously e.g. It's always been worst at wedding birth of kids and on vacation

2. Been on cymbalta 90mg for a year and titrated up to 100mg lamictal to see if better moods can settle the on and off OCD
Not seen the dreaded rash thus far bli ayn hara
Anyway I wanted to know if inositol is,ok with lamictal and cymbalta
My psychiatrist and general doctor hadn't even heard of it so aren't worth asking

thanks

1. I have resolved to cut out gluten for the most part from my diet, do you think that may help?

2 are you familar with devices such Alpha-Stim device, a home device you can use for anxiety and depression?

3. Also what are your thoughts on Lamictal- i am on 100mg now- I have found with pregablin and Lamitcal and even Duloxetine and all SSRis that I am ok when I am ok if you see my point but when that subconscious trigger comes nothing helps.

4. OCD when it hits, i really have poor insight, in the sense psychologically hard to out argue it, I just have to wait it out, anything you can recommend? Its completely cyclical, today it just went much less, and i didnt do any therapy or anything, the thoughts were just less intense and may well iyh finally stop on their own.
